Policies for Hosting a Party at SpaNow

SpaNow has several lounges and amenities that our clients can enjoy in a group setting. Since opening, we have hosted dozens of bridal showers, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, and baby showers! So that the management and staff may be fully prepared for your group and can provide you with excellent service, please read the following before contacting our spa director to reserve your party:

1. A credit card is required to book a party of four or more. 72 hours prior to the day of the party, the names of all guests as well as the specific number and type of treatments is required. Failure to provide this information by the deadline may result in the party’s cancellation.

2. The "guest of honor" (e.g., bride, mom-to-be, birthday girl) will receive a special 10% discount on all SpaNow services and products, plus a 20% discount on any of our injections services – Botox, Juvederm, and Radiesse.

3. A minimum of 10 guests is required to close to the spa for any private party. 10 guests are not required for a party, but we are unable to close the spa to other clients if there are nine or fewer guests.

4. All reservations the day of the party are final. Any cancellations will be charged to the credit card used to reserve the party.

5. For any party of four or more guests, an 18% gratuity automatically will be added to each guest’s bill. Guests wishing to provide individual therapists with additional gratuity are welcome to do so, but it is not necessary.

6. SpaNow provides complimentary wine and champagne to its guests, and guests are permitted to bring their own drinks as well. We ask that you not only consume alcoholic beverages in moderation, but also be respectful of the spa’s clients and staff while enjoying your party.
